One minor niggle: Current style guides recommend only one space after a period at the end of a sentence.

I was reading over the BY-LAWS and I noticed the wording on the below.
2 sections
1) I believe it should read "In the event of
conflicting statements, the Six Meter Club of Chicago Constitution shall prevail."
Section 1.01 Operational Procedure
These By-Laws define the operational aspects of the Six Meter Club of Chicago, Inc., hereafter referred to as the
Six Meter Club of Chicago, and are an extension of the Six Meter Club of Chicago Constitution. In the even of
conflicting statements, the Six Meter Club of Chicago Constitution shall prevail.
2) and in the below I believe it should read as described
Section 5.03 Elections
Elections shall be conducted as prescribed in the Six Meter Club of Chicago Constitution.
